Job Summary
As an Ad Ops Sales Support agent the role needs development of deep understanding of business advertising products & related troubleshooting. Responsibilities
- Support production operations by efficiently managing and analyzing data using MS Excel.

- Utilize domain knowledge in ISV and Hi-Tech to enhance operational processes.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis.
- Exhibit strong English communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Possess a basic understanding of ISV and Hi-Tech domains as a nice-to-have skill.
