Paid Media Specialist | WFH | Day Shift | Up to PHP 50K

GoTeam is currently in search of a Paid Media Specialist who will be responsible for driving maximum ROI through their expertise in paid social and paid search platforms. As a key player in developing and executing client strategies, you will use your market and property data analysis skills to align marketing efforts with client needs. With a keen eye on industry trends and an innovative approach, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate team performance and drive growth. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across various digital channels.
• Create and optimize ad copy, targeting, and bids to achieve maximum ROI.
• Perform keyword research and audience analysis to inform campaign strategy.
• Utilize tracking and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with designers and content writers to create impactful ads and landing pages.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in paid media to continuously improve campaigns.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Monitor and report on budget and campaign performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of key metrics and KPIs for digital advertising.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and landing page design.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and strategies.
