Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outreach & Engagement Manager to join our team. As the Outreach & Engagement Manager, you will drive enrollment and engagement KPIs through effectively leading outreach campaigns including but not limited to outbound calls, mailers, and email campaigns to engage potential patients with Ophelia.

This person should be curious and entrepreneurial who is able to roll up their sleeves and dive into the day-to-day as Ophelia stands up this new engagement function within our Growth and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, and manage a team of outreach specialists providing regular training, and coaching to achieve enrollment KPIs.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training of new specialists.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative outreach performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities to improve key KPIs including enrollments and CAC.
  • Ensure call quality and adherence to established protocols and standards by conducting regular audits of call recordings and specialist interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of team interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions, adhering to privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  • Identify opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness outreach.
  • Regularly report out to the company on performance toward achieving KPIs
  • Create and maintain project plans to ensure adequate ramp for each client partner.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and guidelines in all outbound calling and outreach activities.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in healthcare management, specifically in outbound calling and proactive outreach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse patient populations.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating teams.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, using metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Familiarity with healthcare policies, procedures, and value-based care.

  • We set compensation based on the level and skills required for the role. We value pay transparency and equity, and are committed to fair pay. In order to prevent pay disparities and reduce time spent in negotiations, we take a “first and best” offer approach: this means we’re not holding any compensation back from our candidates, and you can feel confident that our pay is fair and does not vary based on the strength of someone’s negotiation skills.
  • Compensation is dynamic at Ophelia: as long as the company performs well and meets our targets, there will be opportunities for increased compensation annually. We’re happy to discuss this approach and our bands if you have questions during the interview process.
