Social Media Marketing Specialist

A social media freelancer is needed to support the digital impact campaign for Alaska Batteries. This part-time, remote contract role involves collaboratively creating and executing cause-based content, delivering technology education, and crafting engaging brand storytelling across platforms including TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and Instagram. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the freelancer will help shape and amplify the brand’s digital presence through strategic and interactive content that aligns with campaign goals. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to purpose-driven digital initiatives in an evolving market.

Requirements

• Experience planning and executing social media campaigns across TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and Instagram
• Strong skills in cause-based marketing and interactive brand storytelling
• Familiarity with technology education content and its digital communication
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing leads and work independently
• Knowledge of platform-specific content trends and engagement strategies
