We’re looking for a Referrals Marketing Manager who’ll ensure Revolut delivers WOW to our customers and maximises performance of all communications it sends out across channels.

What you'll be doing

• Building cases for, designing and implementing new features to our referral program to maximise growth and usage
• Designing, launching and experimenting with new referral campaign structures for different markets and product ranges
• Tracking campaign performance, identifying issues and conducting root cause analysis
• Managing financial, legal, communications, product and customer support aspects of the referral program
• Improve the comms and visibility of the promotions

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing and running operations for a tech, gaming, e-commerce or banking firm
• Excellent analytical skills to create business cases, design experiments, measure results, and identify pain points
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in managing multiple stakeholders and produce positive outcomes
• Passion for end-to-end ownership and persistence to solve problems, deal with ambiguity, and drive results
