We are the company behind the wildly successful DIY channel 5-Minute Crafts, the inspirational and creative channel Bright Side, and a wide portfolio of other popular channels across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and more.

We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our Bright Side YouTube team remotely on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality vector-based motion design videos, including riddles and other animated content, for the Bright Side YouTube channel.
  • Deliver 3-4 videos per month, each ranging from 8 to 10 minutes in length.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and visually engaging content.
  • Ensure all content adheres to branding guidelines and maintains a consistent style.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Continuously research and implement the latest motion design trends and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in motion design with a strong focus on vector creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects; familiarity with additional design software is a plus.
  • English proficiency of B1 level or higher; a higher level is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a creative team.
  • A portfolio showcasing vector motion design work (including riddles or similar animated projects) is required.
