About The Role

To develop and enhance FleetScout's SaaS platform by building features across our React front‑end and .NET back‑end services. You'll collaborate with senior engineers, uphold code quality and DevOps standards, and continuously improve the product experience for fleet operators.

Key responsibilities

  • Build web features in React (TypeScript, MUI) with clean, maintainable code.
  • Develop & maintain APIs using C#/.NET 8 microservices.
  • Write automated tests (unit, integration, endtoend) to safeguard reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews & agile ceremonies, offering constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps (ADO), Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Support ML integrations — expose YOLO/Python endpoints

Skills And Experience

  • 3+ years professional software development experience.
  • Solid React + TypeScript skills (hooks, component patterns, state management).
  • Hands on building RESTful APIs with C#/.NET 6+.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and ORMs (e.g., EF Core).
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for source control, build and release pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Docker containers and an understanding of Kubernetes basics.
  • Strong grasp of SOLID principles, clean architecture and peer code review etiquette.
  • Experience writing automated tests with frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, Jest or Playwright.
