About The Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing full-stack web applications leveraging the MERN stack—MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative financial technology solutions that impact emerging markets significantly. As a key member of our technical team, you will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centric applications. Your work will directly influence the effectiveness of our risk management and debt recovery solutions, helping millions of consumers access financial services.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 2.5 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development. Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL is essential. A strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is required, along with experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, and experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies, are highly desirable. The candidate should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to write clean, maintainable code. A proactive attitude towards learning and collaboration is vital to thrive in our innovative environment.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include developing, testing, and maintaining robust full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. You will design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services to support application functionalities. Collaborating with UI/UX designers to create responsive and intuitive interfaces is crucial, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices. You will optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security, adhering to best coding practices. Participating in code reviews, team meetings, and agile development cycles will be integral to your role. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and debug issues, implement new features, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the platform’s performance and reliability.

Location & Work Model

This position is based in Gurugram, Sector 65, with an immediate joining option available. The role requires working from the office only, providing a collaborative environment conducive to teamwork and real-time communication. Candidates must be prepared to work onsite at our Gurugram office to contribute effectively to our projects and team initiatives.
