What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a Media Designer who can deliver high-quality video edits and compelling visual design with minimal oversight. This role is perfect for someone who is not only technically skilled in video editing and graphic design (using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva), but also thrives on taking full ownership of their work from start to finish.

In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership and creative teammates to create impactful content across platforms. From high-performing short-form videos to polished design assets, you’ll help bring our brand to life visually and consistently - on time, and with excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Video Editing & Captions: Edit high-performing Reels, Shorts, and video Ads for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Add dynamic captions/subtitles that match our tone and enhance engagement. Maintain pacing, hooks, and style in line with viral content standards.
  • Graphic Design Support: Create or oversee the creation of visually compelling assets for social media, blog posts, and video thumbnails.
  • Presentation & Media Design: Design professional presentations, branded slides, downloadable PDFs, and lead magnets that align with campaign messaging and brand identity.
  • Creative Oversight: Manage video editors, review deliverables for quality/compliance, and ensure adherence to platform guidelines.

Who You Are:

  • Skilled Video Editor: You can independently produce engaging video content with captions, clean transitions, b-roll integration, and a keen sense for pacing and storytelling.
  • Experienced Designer: You have a solid grasp of graphic design principles and tools, and can craft or guide the creation of on-brand visuals that enhance content performance.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: You easily manage multiple projects, stick to deadlines, and keep content flowing smoothly across platforms.
  • Creative Eye with a Critical Lens: You can spot what makes a thumbnail pop, a video convert - and know how to fix what’s not working.
  • Strong Communicator & Team Player: You collaborate well across teams, give constructive feedback to editors, and share insights clearly in meetings.
  • Fluent in English: You write and speak in perfect English, ensuring that captions, titles, and slides are grammatically flawless and resonate with a native-speaking audience.
  • Extremely Detail-Oriented: You triple-check your edits, designs, and posts. Nothing goes live unless it's polished.

Working Hours & Compensation:

  • Hours: Full-time
  • Salary range: $1000-$1500/month depending on experience
