About the Role

We’re looking for a Concept Designer who can take an early idea and build it out visually—across sketches, storyboards, style frames, and motion studies—so it’s clear, exciting, and ready to move into production. This is a front-of-process role, where your work helps define how large-scale experiences will look and feel before anything is physically built or shot.

You’ll work across immersive events, live shows, and high-end content to create visual direction that guides the entire team. That could mean imagining a stage environment for a global reveal, developing a series of expressive motion frames for a broadcast open, or sketching the atmosphere of an interactive fan moment.

This isn’t a graphic design position. It requires strong visual storytelling instincts, comfort designing across both physical and digital spaces, and the ability to bring ideas to life using whatever tools suit the moment—whether that’s pencil and paper, 3D blocking, or a quick After Effects pass. We want someone who can think across mediums and translate abstract ideas into visuals people can rally around.

About OS Studios

OS Studios is a creative agency built around fan culture. We concept, design, and produce large-scale live shows, experiential campaigns, branded content, and broadcast work for the biggest names in gaming and entertainment. From TwitchCon to Riot Games to Call of Duty NEXT, our work spans stages, screens, and everything in between.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop concept art, style frames, storyboards, and motion references for experiential and live show work
  • Visualize environments, moments, and key scenes that help define overall creative direction
  • Collaborate with creative leads, editors, 3D teams, and show producers across pitch, pre-pro, and production
  • Interpret briefs and brand goals into a clear visual direction early in the process
  • Work fluently in Adobe Creative Suite, plus additional tools like Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, Procreate, or traditional sketch

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in concept design, themed entertainment, live shows, or related creative environments
  • A strong portfolio showing creative range across formats and mediums
  • Confidence sketching by hand, working in 3D, and visualizing motion or atmosphere
  • Strong instincts around tone, rhythm, composition, and storytelling
  • Ability to work fast, iterate, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Based in the U.S. and eligible to work
