Job Description:

As a Fractional Design Strategist, you will support client onboarding and campaign setup by configuring tools, preparing strategy documentation, executing campaigns, monitoring performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution and optimization of client campaigns.

Responsibilities of the role:

- **Client Onboarding & Campaign Setup**

- Support client onboarding by collecting LinkedIn credentials and understanding campaign goals.

- Set up/configure tools and workflows including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Prosp (or equivalent).

- Prepare and present Segmentation and Messaging documentation/strategy and copy for client review and approval.

- **Client Campaign Execution & Optimization**

- Execute and monitor outbound messaging sequences on behalf of clients using SN/Prosp/Ulinc.

- Troubleshoot automation issues, test performance, and ensure campaigns run smoothly.

- Regularly analyze campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations to clients.

- **Client and Internal Reporting Hygiene**

- Track outbound performance metrics and deliver weekly updates to clients and internal teams.

- **Internal LinkedIn Strategy**

- Develop and evolve a strategy for LinkedIn lead generation that scales with demand.

- Define SOPs for account warm-up, messaging limits, and personalization.

- Identify and test automation tools (e.g., Prosp, ULink, Waalaxy).

- Create a risk mitigation plan when platform limitations (e.g., LinkedIn message caps or bans) are triggered.

- **Internal Cross-Functional Collaboration**

- Coordinate with the Client Success Manager to align messaging strategy and ensure a smooth prospect journey.

- Support CSM/COO with LinkedIn client capacity planning, proposing recommendations for bandwidth thresholds, resource allocation, and hiring triggers.

- Escalate client-side concerns or performance blockers to delivery leadership for resolution.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and relevant automation tools.

- Proven track record in client onboarding and campaign management.

- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and propose enhancements.

Preferred Skills:

- Proficient in developing strategic documentation for marketing initiatives.

- Familiarity with tools like Prosp and Ulinc.

- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
