Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and execute high-level marketing strategies that reinforce the company’s position in the global events industry.
  • Craft and refine a long-term brand positioning strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Identify emerging market trends, audience shifts, and competitive gaps to proactively adjust marketing efforts.
  • Align marketing investments and strategic initiatives with business growth, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, emerging audience segments, and expansion markets.
  • Leverage data analytics and insights to refine marketing approaches and enhance ROI.

Social Media & Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Architect and oversee a comprehensive digital strategy integrating SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing.
  • Develop high-impact social media strategies that strengthen brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
  • Utilize data-driven storytelling and engagement tactics to elevate audience interaction and brand authority.
  • Implement automation, personalization, and AI-driven marketing to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategic Partnerships & Public Relations

  • Establish key industry partnerships, media collaborations, and influencer relationships to enhance brand credibility.
  • Position the company as a thought leader through strategic content, speaking engagements, and industry events.
  • Leverage PR and earned media strategies to expand market reach and reinforce brand trust.

Performance Optimization & Strategic Growth

  • Define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization of campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Align all marketing efforts with business objectives, financial goals, and evolving industry trends.

Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and guide the team, ensuring strategic alignment and efficiency in execution.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team.
  • Ensure effective workflow management, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Proven 5-7 years experience in strategic marketing, brand positioning, and market expansion within the events industry.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, audience segmentation, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt strategies for long-term growth.
  • Experience leading high-level marketing initiatives that drive revenue and brand authority.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
