Marketing Operations Generalist

Synthflow is a leading Voice AI company. We’re hiring a GTM Associate to streamline our marketing operations, working closely with our Head of Marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner closely with the Head of Marketing to drive forward team priorities and special projects with clarity and speed.
• Take ownership of marketing operations across influencer marketing, affiliate programs, HubSpot workflows, content, campaigns, and product launches.
• Proactively identify challenges, propose solutions, and execute independently—own problems from start to finish.
• Act as a versatile marketing generalist—equally comfortable writing sharp copy, managing partnerships, and optimizing systems.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in writing, ensuring alignment across internal and external collaborators.
• Stay resourceful and self-motivated—adapt quickly, move fast, and make things happen.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment—with exposure to HubSpot, influencer marketing, and/or affiliate programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional written communicator with meticulous attention to detail—you write clearly, catch the small stuff, and keep teams aligned.
• Proactive and self-sufficient multitasker who thrives with minimal guidance and takes initiative without waiting to be asked.
• Comfortable jumping in wherever needed—no task too small, no project too ambiguous.

Location:

• Full-time position based in our central Berlin office, or remote from anywhere in the EU or UK.
