We’re looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join the IPRS – a group of market-leading healthcare businesses including IPRS Health, IPRS Mediquipe, IPRS Aeromed, and PFAS. As part of the handl Group, IPRS benefits from the support and strategic oversight of a wider network of specialist health, legal, and wellbeing businesses. This role will report into the Head of Marketing at handl Group and play a key part in delivering marketing strategy across the IPRS brands.

Position:

The role of Marketing Manager is a pivotal role, offering a unique opportunity to shape and deliver the marketing strategy across multiple brands within the IPRS, all of which are committed to innovation and excellence in clinical services, rehabilitation, medical equipment, and assessment services.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that drive brand awareness, support sales growth, and reinforce each brand’s position in the market. Reporting into the Head of Marketing at handl Group, you’ll collaborate closely with each business unit to understand their priorities and translate them into high-impact campaigns and content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cross-channel marketing strategies for IPRS Health, IPRS Mediquipe, IPRS Aeromed and PFAS
  • Plan and manage multi-brand marketing activity including digital, print, PR, events, and social media
  • Manage websites and digital platforms - ensuring brand alignment and optimisation for performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and content that reflect brand tone and voice
  • Track campaign performance and ROI, producing regular reports and insights for the senior team
  • Support business development through bid support, sales collateral, and lead generation activity
  • Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers and partners where needed
  • Ensure marketing activity is consistent with compliance and brand guidelines
  • Be the brand champion for all IPRS companies, managing messaging and positioning across channels

Requirements:

As the Marketing Manager, we are looking for someone who is proactive, strategic, and comfortable working across multiple brands. You'll need to be confident juggling competing priorities, building strong relationships, and delivering impactful marketing activity that supports commercial goals. We're looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong marketing background with experience managing multiple brands or business units
  • Degree-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) qualification or equivalent professional certification desirable
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development in marketing, digital media, or communications
  • Confident developing and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communicator - both written and verbal - with a keen eye for detail and tone
  • Highly organised, creative, and results-driven
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, email, paid media and social
  • Experience in planning and delivering events (e.g. conferences, exhibitions, webinars)
  • Experience working in health, clinical or professional services is helpful
  • Able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
