About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help us level up. This role is perfect for someone who loves building and executing marketing strategies from scratch, is a bit obsessed with data, knows how to create campaigns that actually work, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be leading our marketing efforts, which includes:

  • Developing and owning our overall marketing strategy
  • Creating and executing lead generation campaigns to attract new clients
  • Managing our online presence: social media, email marketing, website, content
  • Running and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Overseeing SEO, SEM, and performance analytics
  • Working closely with our Digital Marketing Specialist, our Marketing Content and Community Specialist, our Graphic Designer, and other team members.
  • Tracking what’s working, what’s not, and pivoting fast when needed

This role combines big-picture thinking with hands-on work. You’ll have ownership, but you’ll also get your hands dirty.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (especially with US companies)
  • Experience with paid ads, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and content strategy
  • Solid knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Great English communication (both written and spoken)
  • A results-driven mindset, you care about ROI, not just likes
  • A collaborative, adaptable attitude and hunger to grow

Bonus Points If:

  • You’ve worked in the recruitment or HR tech space
  • You’ve built a marketing team or strategy from scratch
  • You’re naturally creative and love trying new things
