About The Role
This is a multi-functional, execution-oriented marketing role focused on adapting and implementing global initiatives for the APAC market. You’ll work under the guidance of Global Marketing and collaborate closely with the APAC Sales team to help grow Blackwall’s brand and pipeline in key regional markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns based on global strategy, ensuring timely localization and rollout in APAC.
- Adapt and localize content, messaging, and materials to suit regional audiences and cultural contexts.
- Coordinate and execute field marketing efforts, including industry conferences, partner events, and webinars.
- Manage relationships with local stakeholders and vendors.
- Maintain marketing calendars and timelines for the region, ensuring smooth alignment across global and local teams.
- Assist in the promotion of regional initiatives via email campaigns, content syndication, partner channels, and more.
- Provide market insights and feedback from the region to global Marketing to help refine messaging and tactics.
- Work closely with the regional sales team to support lead follow-up, pipeline tracking, and sales enablement.
- Monitor basic campaign metrics and performance indicators, reporting results to the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity.
- Experience executing campaigns and activities across multiple countries in APAC.
- Strong generalist profile: from content adaptation to events and digital basics — you can handle a little of everything.
- Demonstrated success in field event coordination — planning, logistics, and execution of conferences, trade shows, or partner events.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with distributed teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams at once.
- Skilled communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation systems, CRM, and Google Workspace.
Bonus Points
- Experience in cybersecurity or related B2B tech industries.
- Familiarity with APAC market dynamics and cultural differences.
- Experience launching products or services in new APAC markets.
- Fluency in one or more regional languages (e.g., Japanese, Bahasa, Korean).
- Experience working with partners (e.g., MSPs, CSPs, hosting providers) on co-marketing efforts.
