Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness and growth.

About the Job

Key Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of Marketing and Marketing Communications, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.
• Create and maintain a marketing dashboard that monitors key performance indicators and displays data insights effectively.
• Produce comprehensive reports demonstrating return on investment (ROI) and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members, particularly Christine, to update and overhaul brand awareness campaigns and public perception.
• Analyze marketing performance across various platforms, drawing insights to inform marketing strategy and budgeting.
• Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and creativity.
• Engage with and provide support to other business sectors within the organization.
• Remain responsive and adaptable to changes within the marketing landscape, particularly in the digital space targeting millennials.
• Exercise strong personality traits, including the ability to push back and offer constructive direction while remaining approachable.
• Willingness to engage in legwork and hands-on marketing efforts as needed.
• Regular travel to the US for strategic meetings and ground initiatives, potentially for a week every couple of months.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the US market.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and insights related to marketing performance.
• Familiarity with radio, TV, or billboard advertising is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets and optimize spending for effective results.
• Experience with brand management, development, and communication strategies tailored to a millennial audience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Flexible in working across time zones and adapting to various work environments.
