Overview:

Delmar Mortgage is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Designer & Web Specialist to join our collaborative marketing team. This part-time role blends graphic design and web support, ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling, web platforms like WordPress, and marketing technology such as CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Execution – 70%

  • Create compelling digital and print materials: social media graphics, digital ads, flyers, brochures, and presentations.
  • Support campaign execution and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life with clean, creative design.

CRM & Web Support – 30%

  • Format and upload marketing content into CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Assist with email templates and marketing automation layouts.
  • Execute basic WordPress updates and landing page mockups.
  • Partner with marketing leads to ensure cohesive branding and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field—or equivalent work experience
  • 2–4 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)
  • Familiarity with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and CRM tools like HubSpot, Total Expert, or Salesforce
  • Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Tech-forward and solution-oriented mindset
