Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is a vital member of the marketing team, playing a central role in the content team. This position is responsible for project managing key marketing initiatives and ensuring that all marketing projects meet their deadlines. The Marketing Coordinator serves as the central hub for the marketing portion of new hire onboarding, corporate client/prospect webinar logistics, employee bios, and managing our print-on-demand vendor relationship. Additionally, this role assists with various project management tasks and more, requiring exceptional organizational skills, the ability to self-manage, and a detail-oriented, process-driven approach.

The person in this position is responsible for managing the relationship with two of our largest marketing technology vendors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience.
Skills: Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Zoom in a webinar capacity is a bonus. Must be proficient in using spreadsheets and word processing programs.
Attributes: Highly organized, able to self-manage and switch between projects efficiently, extremely detail-oriented, and process-driven. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
This professional role requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility to work different hours to meet internal and external client needs.
Working Conditions:
Professional office environment, daytime hours, working inside, standing, and sitting, will be assigned to a workstation, no heavy lifting over 10 lbs.
