Location: Remote - California Preferred

The Role

As a Site Merchandising Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital storytelling. You’ll help shape the online shopping experience for millions of UGG customers by ensuring our product presentation is seamless, inspiring, and aligned with our seasonal strategies. Your work will directly influence how customers discover and engage with our brand—making this role both meaningful and high-impact.

Your Impact

  • Bring the Brand to Life Online: Execute on-site merchandising strategies that support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product storytelling.
  • Own the Details: Manage product setup and maintenance, including copy, pricing, categorization, and visual assets.
  • Optimize the Experience: Conduct regular site audits, implement search enhancements, and ensure content accuracy and functionality.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, creative, operations, and planning teams to ensure timely and effective product launches and site refreshes.
  • Drive Innovation: Support testing and rollout of new site features, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance the customer journey.
  • Stay Organized and Agile: Manage content calendars, promotional codes, and asset libraries with precision and efficiency.

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of how product placement, categorization, and search optimization influence online shopping behavior.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences.
  • A customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

$30/hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in Goleta, CA. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
