Part-Time Marketing Coordinator – Elevate a Premium Brand in Luxury Biophilic Design

Leaflike is the UK’s leading premium provider of biophilic design solutions for the luxury hospitality sector. Our green transformations are featured in some of the world’s most prestigious hotels, restaurants, and venues – and now, we’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to uphold and enhance our brand’s presence across digital platforms.

You’ll be continuing a well-established marketing rhythm, stepping in to maintain and elevate communications that reflect the elegance, creativity, and precision our clients expect from Leaflike.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the planning and delivery of monthly e-shots, each tailored to distinct luxury hospitality audiences.
  • Using the Force24 marketing automation platform to design, schedule, and track campaigns with professionalism and polish.
  • Creating refined, compelling written content for newsletters and blogs, aligned to Leaflike’s tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Sharing and adapting content strategically between audience segments where appropriate.
  • Publishing content on the Leaflike website and Social Media to reflect brand excellence and relevance.
  • Monitoring performance and reporting key insights through Force24 to inform future campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident and independent marketer with proven experience in high-quality B2B marketing – preferably with a focus on design, interiors, hospitality, or luxury brands.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills – able to craft polished, brand-aligned messaging across digital channels.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, ideally Force24 (or similar).
  • Comfortable managing timelines and maintaining quality in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A deep appreciation for detail, tone, and visual harmony across all content.
  • Stepping into a role previously filled with care – due to health-related absence – and expected to maintain that same standard.
