About Us
At Augmentt, we’re on a mission to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) secure and manage Microsoft 365 environments with ease. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts across content, email, events, and digital campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, resourceful, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do
- Email Marketing
- Build and schedule email campaigns using Pardot (or similar tools), support list segmentation, and assist with campaign performance tracking.
- Social Media Management
- Help manage our LinkedIn, Facebook and Reddit presence by creating and posting content, engaging with followers, and repurposing blog and webinar materials.
- Campaign Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns, including webinars, tradeshows, and co-marketing initiatives. Track tasks and deadlines to keep campaigns moving smoothly.
- Content Creation
- Help brainstorm, draft, and publish marketing content such as blog posts, infographics, ebooks, and landing pages.
- Website Updates
- Make updates to the company website using WordPress. No coding experience is required.
- Graphic Design Support
- Create and edit visual assets such as presentations, sales sheets, and social media graphics using tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Third-Party Collaboration
- Coordinate with partners, vendors, and third-party organizations to support joint marketing efforts. This includes sharing assets, aligning messaging, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
What You Bring
- Experience using large language models like ChatGPT or Gemini to support content creation
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
- Basic experience managing social media, especially LinkedIn
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
- Comfortable coordinating with external partners and ensuring smooth execution of joint campaigns
Nice To Have (Not Required)
- Experience with B2B SaaS or the MSP/IT services industry
- Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Basic understanding of lead generation strategies
