We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Coordinator to report to the VP of Marketing. In this critical role, you'll ensure the success of our corporate email campaigns, webinar programs, website updates, and social media presence. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track and delivering seamless execution.

General Responsibilities
- Build, test, and send corporate email campaigns through Marketo (transitioning to HubSpot in the future), ensuring all communications are timely, error-free, and inclusive of UTM parameters.
- Coordinate weekly webinar logistics, including scheduling, managing platform setup (currently On24 but may evolve), troubleshooting, and supporting webinars.
- Assist with website updates using WordPress.
- Create social media images using templates in Canva and schedule posts on LinkedIn based on the marketing calendar.
- Maintain and refine processes for email scheduling and reporting to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather content and ensure alignment on messaging and timelines.
- Collect, track, and organize marketing collateral from conception to completion, including email campaigns, PowerPoint decks, solution sheets, website content, and more.
- Track webinar attendance, engagement metrics, and follow-up actions, providing insights to stakeholders.
- Keep projects organized and on track using Asana, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Stay updated on platform capabilities and trends to propose improvements to processes and tools, including A/B testing.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with hands-on experience in email marketing and/or webinar coordination preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or additional experience in lieu of a degree.
- Familiarity with Marketo (or similar marketing automation platforms), WordPress, Canva, PowerPoint, and webinar platforms like On24.
- Experience creating social media content and scheduling posts.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
