Your Role

As a Marketing Coordinator & Content Creator, you are responsible for:

  • Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, brand-aligned content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and our company website using HubSpot and Canva
  • Manage the production and distribution of Catalyst Central’s newsletter, including content planning, layout design, and performance reporting
  • Maintain and update our WordPress website (Elementor) to reflect current services, events, and strategic initiatives, ensuring UX consistency and SEO alignment
  • Repurpose content into engaging formats (reels, posts, case studies, email campaigns) that support our educational-selling model and professional tone
  • Track content and campaign performance across platforms using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and native platform insights; provide monthly reports and data-driven recommendations
  • Support digital ad campaigns using Google Ads and sponsored content strategies to boost visibility and engagement with target audiences

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in using below:
  • WordPress (Elementor)
  • Canva
  • HubSpot
  • LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads
  • Strong written English and attention to brand voice
  • Must able to present his/her portfolio
