The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting marketing efforts across digital, content, and event-based initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized and creative individual with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. The candidate should have a strong grasp of social media, content creation, and marketing analytics while being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid media.
• Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and analyzing content to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Support content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and website updates.
• Assist with event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and company-hosted events.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and digital assets.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to help refine marketing strategies.
• Track, report, and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
• Maintain marketing databases, CRM, and email lists to ensure accuracy and segmentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or agency setting.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, ESP’s, Salesforce, and LinkedIn).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
