We’re looking for a skilled Marketing Content Specialist - LiveEasy to craft and execute content strategies that drive engagement and conversions across multiple marketing channels. This role goes beyond planning, it’s about creating high-quality, impactful content that informs, educates, and inspires action. From email campaigns to blogs, educational resources and more you’ll be at the forefront of producing content that resonates with our audience while driving measurable results.

Your impact

  • Design and manage a strategic content plan to engage and inform customers across multiple channels, including email, social media, blogs, and educational resources.
  • Research target audiences to identify their needs and craft compelling, relevant content that drives action.
  • Align content strategy with overarching marketing goals and performance objectives.
  • Write and edit high-converting content across multiple marketing channels including email, SMS, social media, blogs, landing pages, and more.
  • Develop educational materials, one-pagers, and guides to support customer engagement.
  • Create test variations for content, leveraging A/B testing to optimize messaging and performance.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Continuously refine content strategies based on insights from key performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Build and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and balance content requests across multiple teams.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all content initiatives.
  • Manage content creation requests from multiple departments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content strategy, with a strong portfolio of multi-channel content.
  • Proven experience managing content calendars and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and iterate on content strategies.

Must have

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, focused on driving action and engagement.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media tools is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $58,500.00

The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
