Marketing Campaign Operations Manager

What You Can Expect

In this role you will play a critical part in optimizing the Campaign Operations function. You do that by ensuring efficient processes, accurate data, and a smooth end-to-end campaign workflow.

You are familiar with campaign automation and project management, to help drive the Enterprise Marketing business.

About The Team

As a member of the Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and directly contributing to the success of our team by helping drive demand generation, customer retention, and revenue growth for Zoom.

What We’re Looking For

• Have experience with the Salesforce CRM including Reporting and Dashboards
• Experience with Pardot Marketing Automation Studio, including lead capture setup, form standards, and campaign management.
• Set up forms and implement lead capture mechanisms
• Demonstrate project management skills, including requirement gathering, audience acquisition flow definition, and adherence to best practices.
• Provide Tableau reporting for data visualization and analysis.
• Understand Lead scoring and implications on program and MQLs
• Manage change management processes, including quality assurance (QA) of all asset builds and implementations.
