Marketing Operations Specialist

Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a full-time ongoing Campaign Marketing Operations Manager to focus on gaming hardware campaign go-to-market (GTM) projects and programs as part of our team supporting our high-tech client's global marketing team, a Fortune 500 leader in PC gaming and technology. As an embedded member of a collaborative group of marketing professionals, you will be primarily involved in building and executing global campaigns that raise awareness of our client's brand and play an integral role in designing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies across a portfolio of PC gaming products. This is a fully remote role – but we can ONLY consider candidates in these states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI.

  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and drive the execution of a global marketing campaign, including tracking and managing creative assets working with Regional Marketing and Sales teams
  • Collaborate with worldwide gaming hardware product leaders and stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns designed to elevate the brand to consumers (ensuring campaign deliverables are on time and within budget)
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing analytic frameworks to track campaign performance and ROI across channels
  • Help capture and report data on unit sales utilizing all marcom vehicles including e-mail, social, events, and retail
  • Assess the effectiveness of implemented programs and campaigns through data analysis and provide actionable insights
  • Coordinate with top ISV partners for co-marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships
  • Drive global impact in every segment through targeted campaign strategies
  • Build and nurture partnerships with developers and publishers

How to Be a Top Candidate for This Job:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 3-5 years of campaign management or marketing operations experience in a setting where you worked with national or global brands, Fortune 500 companies, and/or large marketing agencies
  • Previous success collaborating on the creation of on-brand creative assets in a Campaign Management capacity
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms and data visualization tools
  • Experience is in the consumer hardware industry
  • Experience driving go-to-market (GTM) campaigns and marketing analytics experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and experience in working with remote teams
