Marketing Campaign Manager - East Coast

Position Overview:

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will oversee campaign strategy, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks, timelines, and team members to achieve key objectives. You'll collaborate closely with creative teams, designers, and stakeholders to develop compelling campaigns that drive engagement and impact. Leveraging digital marketing tactics, tools, and channels, you will design and implement strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility and business growth.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Plan, build, and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives through a streamlined internal process.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with brand identity, values, and business goals while enhancing customer engagement.
  • Manage campaign deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across all channels.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with local and international colleagues to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and other teams to align campaigns with business objectives and lead generation efforts.
  • Manage communication with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Implementation:

  • Recommend and execute digital marketing tactics that align with campaign objectives.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce and other marketing platforms to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ensure campaign materials are centralized and prepared for global distribution and translation.

Campaign Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze and assess marketing campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct post-campaign debriefs to understand key successes and areas for optimization.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to enhance future marketing initiatives.

Project & Resource Management:

  • Oversee multiple marketing projects, managing tasks, deadlines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
  • Diagnose communication challenges and opportunities to improve internal processes.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets while maintaining quality and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be located on the East Coast
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing, or project management.
  • Strong organizational skills with a process-driven approach, thriving in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
  • B2B marketing experience, particularly in content marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike, Monday, Workfront, Smartsheet).
  • Project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (Power BI, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation (Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot), social media marketing, SEO, digital asset management (Brandfolder), and CMS platforms is a plus.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000, eligible for 9% annual bonus
