Marketing Assistant - Virtual Assistant

This is a full-time, fully remote role that plays a key part in supporting the clinic’s outreach, branding, and patient engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital and print marketing content, including flyers, brochures, and promotional materials

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms in alignment with the brand voice

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for the clinic and local outreach

• Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments, maintaining a positive online presence

• Collaborate with team members (owner, office manager, health coach) on new initiatives

• Help organize virtual and community events and workshops

• Support website and app development projects with visuals and content

• Implement and monitor SEO strategies

• Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and provide insights for optimization

• Provide occasional technical support related to marketing tools and platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management

• Proficiency in design platforms such as Canva or similar tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team

• Added bonus: experience interpreting marketing analytics and reporting on KPIs

• Familiarity with functional medicine or wellness industries is a plus, but not required
