Position Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing initiatives across a key customer segment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who’s organized, creative, and eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

Working closely with the Segment Marketing Director and cross-functional teams, you’ll help bring campaigns to life, contribute to content creation, and track performance. You’ll play a key role in executing and optimizing a multi-channel marketing plan—including digital media, trade events, and more—to drive pipeline and revenue.

Job Duties

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives for a priority customer segment.
  • Optimize paid digital media across Google, Bing, LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Manage trade show logistics as needed.
  • Support coordination between marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Help adapt messaging and content to fit key personas and segment needs.
  • Contribute to content creation, including blog posts, social media, emails, sell sheets, and more.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Assist in gathering performance metrics and preparing reports on campaign results.
  • Organize and update sales enablement tools and marketing assets.
  • Help manage owned marketing channels and monitor user engagement.
  • Conduct basic research to inform messaging, personas, and competitor positioning.
  • Support testing and optimization of campaigns to improve engagement and ROI.

Qualifications

Education and Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, logistics, or related industries.
  • Exposure to digital marketing channels.
  • Exposure to trade show planning.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across departments.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Highly organized, focused, and results-driven, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
