Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Marketing Assistant and play a vital role in driving Multifamily Mason's marketing success. If you have a foundational understanding of service-based industries and are eager to develop your marketing skills within the dynamic commercial real estate sector, this hands-on role offers a fantastic opportunity for significant professional growth as you contribute to the creation of high-quality marketing materials and help build our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the curation & scheduling of various marketing content – including offering memorandums, social media, email newsletters, blogs, and infographics
  • Help maintain and update the company website and project management system
  • Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and web developers to ensure cohesive branding & messaging across all marketing materials
  • Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and align them with project goals
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to assist in driving marketing initiatives from concept to launch
  • Utilize project management software to efficiently organize tasks and deadlines, ensuring the timely delivery of marketing materials and enhancing team collaboration and communication.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing support role
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Ability to follow direction with solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic design principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Available during Pacific Time Zone business hours

A Plus to Have

  • Familiarity with HubSpot email builder, Webflow, and Monday.com.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to make minor revisions
  • Experience in a service-based industry (real estate, hospitality, SaaS, etc)
