Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Marketing Assistant to connect with key decision-makers in businesses-such as Finance Managers, Finance Directors, Senior Accountants, and Managing Directors, to introduce our specialized legal services. The ideal candidate must be confident, articulate, and capable of building strong client relationships through professional communication and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct outreach calls to finance and management professionals across businesses.
• Introduce and explain the legal services offered by the company, including: Debt recovery solutions, Contract drafting and review, Online Power of Attorney (POA) services, Legal negotiations, and ongoing legal support.
• Identify companies facing debt-related or legal service requirements and convert leads into meetings and signed agreements.
• Independently source potential client data.
• Initial data support and guidance on sourcing methods will be provided by the company.
• Maintain a detailed daily log of calls, interactions, and follow-ups.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the legal team.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Prior experience in B2B telemarketing, legal services, or financial sectors preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain consistent outreach volume.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and VoIP platforms (e. g., 3CX) is an advantage.
• Ability to independently search and verify corporate data from online sources.
