As our new Marketing & Communication Specialist for the Dutch market, you will play a key role in shaping how healthcare professionals, patients, and partners engage with Luscii.

Whether it is crafting content for Dutch clinicians, keeping our audience engaged through newsletters, social media or podcasts; your work directly supports our mission to make care more accessible, more human, and more sustainable.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues in and across other teams to translate our vision into local stories and actionable campaigns. Besides, you will bring clarity to complex topics, build trust with our audience, and help Luscii grow to last.

It would be even better if you’ve got basic understanding of GDPR in communications, a background in healthcare or healthtech and master another languague like German.
This position requires you to live in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to fill this role from abroad.

What does the recruitment process look like? (all interviews will be in English)
It's quite a process, but we want someone to be a good fit for our organisation and culture. The practical assignment will consist of making a video recording and a practical example of a marketing matter.
