BRIDGE IN team is growing! We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing and Communication Specialist to lead our Thought Leadership Inbound Strategy and help accelerate our growth. We value smart, curious, determined, and energetic candidates that know how to think strategically but also execute, learn, and iterate fast.

Responsibilities

»

Create and implement plans to increase brand awareness

»

Conduct market research and competitive analysis

»

Lead Inbound and Outbound Marketing channels

»

Manage the entire Digital Marketing strategy and execution

»

Develop and maintain marketing collateral and digital content

»

Optimize Digital Assets for lead generation and conversion

»

Run A/B tests on Landing Pages, Email Marketing and improve SEO

»

Build Affiliate Marketing and organic PR networks

»

Find, develop and manage partnerships

»

Administrate Marketing Automation tools

Requirements

»

Effective communicator with outstanding English verbal and written proficiency

»

Excellent relationship management skills

»

Business savvy, logical and analytical thinker

»

Knowledge about venture capital and tech startups is desirable

»

Previous experience or training in Marketing and Communication is a must

»

Experience with Digital Marketing, social media management, and content generation

»

Proficient with corporate productivity, web conferencing and presentation tools

»

Experience working with Marketing Automation and CRM system is a nice-to-have

»

Proactive and self-starter, with the ability to self-manage by prioritizing tasks, manage time effectively and achieve goals
