The Account Coordinator supports the Campaign Manager by driving execution and supporting client communication logistics. This role is foundational to ensuring that internal teams are organised, informed, and equipped to deliver excellent work.

Tasks
The day-to-day tasks of the role:
Campaign Loop Involvement
Strategy
- Closely work with Campaign Manager to proactively identify risks or dependencies and opportunities
- Collaborate with Campaign Manager to optimize account
Create

Write and submit design and video briefs for internal teams, based off of broader Design and Video Strategy (from CM)

Review creative deliverables for brand and brief alignment.

Pod Dependent: Send to Campaign Manager for final approval

Support creative & tech workflows: manage seedbox, coordinate feedback, and ensure timely delivery

QA all client-facing creative for accuracy, especially direct-to-social assets
Launch
- Works with Delivery team day to day to ensure timely deliveries, however does not lead overall Sprint planning
- Execute on final deliverables where needed (e.g. send marketing emails, publish blog posts, etc)
- Attends or contributes to stand ups
General Support
- Prepare client meeting agendas and planned activity recaps
- Take clear, actionable meeting notes, flag concerns or delays, and send follow-ups
- Translate meeting outcomes or client direction into tasks in Productive (including necessary commentary) and assign them to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a proactive presence in client pods, tailoring support based on account needs

Job Requirements
Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, creative, or project coordination role (agency experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of marketing basics (content, paid, design, social)
- Experience using task/project management tools (e.g. Productive, Asana, Trello)
- Confident note-taker and communicator in meetings and client-facing settings
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to take complex discussions and turn them into clear action points
- Organised, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
