Our Executive Coaching (EC) Center of Excellence focuses on individual executive coaching that helps senior leaders build self-awareness, understand their impact, envision how they want to lead, and then navigate a path to being as effective as possible. The Executive Coaching COE was formed in early 2023 when BTS acquired The Boda Group, and is growing fast. The Executive Assistant (EA) to the head of the COE is a central and essential role. The EA’s core responsibilities will focus on responding to requests, anticipating needs, and preventing problems. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented administrative professional with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys and has been successful at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ~15 hours/week during normal business hours, ideally with the flexibility to increase or decrease 10-20% in any given week. Hours are completely flexible within a standard workday. The role is not suitable for someone with another full-time job.
Compensation: $30-35/hour as a subcontractor; $25-30K/year as a part time employee.
