We are excited to announce that we are looking for a talented Social Media Administrator to join our team for the award-winning art and pop culture magazine “boredpanda.com”. Prepare to work for a leading publisher of uplifting stories that cure boredom worldwide!

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct social media experiments to test new formats, approaches, and content types aimed at boosting engagement and reach.
  • You will have to publish and share content across Bored Panda social media channels;
  • Be responsible for the final quality check of every content unit;
  • Periodically report on the performance of the channels/pages you manage.

What We Expect:

  • Proven record managing channels/pages/accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok;
  • Great English language skills;
  • Comfort with working on short deadlines;
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest;
  • Strong analytical thinking and good math skills to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions from tests and performance metrics;
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in testing, reporting, and publishing content;
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset – always looking for new ways to improve performance and willing to experiment with content, timing, and formats;
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) is a strong plus.
