What we're looking for

Our UK-based client, a fast-growing membership club that gives its community access to exclusive competitions, giveaways, and live events, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support their creative output across social media, email, and digital campaigns. This role is key to maintaining visual consistency, building engagement, and bringing fresh design ideas to life.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with strong visual instincts, a good eye for layout and detail, and a genuine passion for design. They’re not just looking to follow directions—they’re excited to contribute ideas, experiment, and grow as a creative professional.

Responsibilities

• Design static graphics for social media ads and posts across platforms like Meta and TikTok.
• Assist in crafting visuals for email marketing campaigns
• Adapt and iterate on existing designs to create variations for different channels or audiences.
• Collaborate with the broader team on creative direction, taking ownership of visual output.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and pitch new design ideas when relevant.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience with Figma.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital or social media design (internships count!).
• Strong written English and basic copywriting skills for captions and visual copy.
• A keen eye for detail and consistency, with the ability to balance creativity and clarity.
• A solid portfolio showcasing your work.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on email, Klaviyo, or SMS campaign design.
• Familiarity with illustration or T-shirt design.
• Understanding of vehicle culture or “van-life” aesthetic (ideal, but not required).
