ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Expert to lead the planning and execution of high-performing email campaigns for our clients. You’ll be an essential part of a creative team that values strategy, optimization, and measurable growth.

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create visually engaging and conversion-focused emails.
  • Build and manage email automation workflows and customer journey sequences.
  • Conduct list segmentation and ensure targeted messaging for different customer personas.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
  • Ensure strong email deliverability and compliance with best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in email marketing, automation tools, and regulations.
  • Work remotely with flexible hours, delivering on deadlines and client expectations.

YOUR MISSION

Your mission is to strategically lead and optimize all aspects of email marketing—from ideation to analysis—turning subscribers into engaged, loyal customers.

  • Own the end-to-end email marketing funnel for multiple client accounts.
  • Set up and refine automated email flows (welcome, cart abandonment, re-engagement, etc.).
  • Increase email open rates, CTRs, and conversions through testing and optimization.
  • Apply data and insights to improve personalization and customer targeting.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow email lists and reduce churn.
  • Ensure alignment with client branding, tone, and messaging.
  • Track performance metrics and create concise, actionable reports.

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU

We're looking for a seasoned and strategic email marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client environment. You should bring both creative thinking and data-driven execution to the table.

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally in an agency or freelance setting.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, etc.
  • Strong grasp of automation workflows, A/B testing, and segmentation strategies.
  • Comfortable writing or collaborating on high-converting email copy (especially in Arabic)
  • Proficient in analyzing email metrics and applying insights to refine campaigns.
  • Knowledge of deliverability best practices and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns at once.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
