About Astore, Our Global Procurement Organization

Astore is our Global Procurement Organization which covers all products & services needed by our clients to address their daily operational needs or one-shot construction or renovation projects. Its international organization and digital roadmap aim to ease the procurement operations of our Accor hotels and non-Accor partners.

With more than 7500 clients worldwide and about 2000 external partners, our ambition is to become the first choice for procurement solution for the hospitality sector.

The Procurement organization gathers approximately 200 FTE in 20+ procurement offices including the Global Procurement office.

Job Description

In the last few years, the Group Procurement has placed the digital transformation in its top priorities, aiming to support the internal teams from sourcing to selling, and to ease the entire procurement process of our Accor hotels and non-Accor partners. The key objective of this role will be to support the business procurement teams on multiple digital tools. Your main goal would be to help improving the adoption of the procurement tools deployed by the Global Digital Procurement team in the hubs.

Reporting to the Digital Transformation Team, you will benefit from an in-depth understanding of the Procurement activities and the digital roadmap. You will be working in an international context with multiple stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing

In support of each digital transformation managers, you will be required to:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, with a focus on simplicity and accessibility for non-technical users
• Create and manage SQL queries to extract and analyze relevant data
• Build simple queries and reports using Salesforce (SF)
• Automate reporting processes and deliver impactful, user-friendly visualizations
• Support business teams by building data-driven reports and analyses to guide strategy and performance monitoring

Qualifications

• Education level: Master / MBA / Bac + 4/5
• Field of study: Data Science/ Business Analytics/ Information Systems
• Language: Fluent in English and French. Deliverables are in English

Profile And Skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• Knowledge of SQL and experience using Tableau
• Ability to create simple, relevant queries in Snowflake
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong team player with a business-oriented mindset and a passion for data

Additional Information

Depending on profile + Accor internal salary matrix

50% of commute fees + Lunch allowance (Tickets Restaurants)
