In our company, the Industrial Designer is responsible for the conceptualization, development, and improvement of products through 3D modeling tools and manufacturing processes. Their role includes collaborating to ensure that a company's values serve as the DNA guiding decisions and behaviors.
Tasks:
- Design & Development:
- Prepare sketches, illustrations, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Modify and refine designs to meet client specifications and production standards.
- Evaluate the feasibility of designs based on appearance, functionality, cost, and technical constraints.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, production, and sales departments to develop innovative design concepts.
- Present designs to clients or design committees, discuss requirements, and make necessary adjustments.
- Receive and apply feedback to improve designs and optimize processes.
- Production & Quality:
- Oversee prototype development and design validation testing.
- Implement improvements in manufacturing processes to optimize costs and production time.
- Ensure compliance with quality regulations and technical standards.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Research new technologies, materials, and trends to apply to designs.
- Propose enhancements to existing products to optimize performance and appeal.
- Participate in training and professional development activities.
Work Environment:
- Location: Office and prototyping workshop, with potential visits to suppliers and clients.
- Team Collaboration: Interdisciplinary work with engineering, marketing, and production teams.
- Tools: Use of design software and technological tools for modeling and simulation.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field.

Advanced English Level: C1+

Experience: Experience in product design, 3D printing, and prototyping.
