With rapid growth and bold ambitions, we’re now looking for a visionary and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our global strategy across digital, editorial, and event channels. In this role, you’ll collaborate with influential business minds, build powerful campaigns, and shape the conversations that matter to executives worldwide.

Through bold strategy, powerful storytelling, and innovative campaigns, you’ll help us reach new audiences, amplify the voices of global leaders, and drive meaningful engagement across borders.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and lead end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events, and editorial products
  • Drive qualified inbound leads, build brand awareness, and improve conversion funnels
  • Promote key products like: 50 Over 50 and Prestige Lists: Convert high-potential applicants into paying clients**; Executive Features:** Enhance reach, credibility, and regional impact**; Executive of the Year Awards:** Drive nominations, engagement, and brand exposure**; The CEO Magazine Podcast:** Attract sponsors and feature guests; grow audience and downloads
  • Own messaging and content strategy across platforms for clarity, consistency, and impact
  • Partner with Editorial to align content strategy with market needs
  • Manage campaign performance: leads, traffic, podcast growth, and ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Editorial, Product, and Events teams
  • Collaborate with Events Director and Sales leads on global city events (New York, London, Singapore, Sydney) to target executives seeking visibility while ensuring impact and ROI
  • Manage and coach a small team of doers and digital marketers

We’re a great match if you have:

  • Excellent English language skills (C2 level or equivalent to 95% fluency)
  • 6–8 years of strategic marketing experience in publishing, media, or content-driven industries
  • Strong results in lead generation, campaign strategy, and digital funnel optimization
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical instincts
  • Collaborative leadership style and a hands-on attitude
  • Bonus: experience in B2B thought leadership, podcast growth, or executive event marketing

Please Note: this is a Contractor position. You will work as an Independent Contractor under your own LLC or sole proprietorship and will be expected to provide your own equipment.
