Purpose of the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, drive brand awareness, and ensure consistent engagement across all channels globally.

As Head of Marketing you will play a critical role in leading the Keyloop global marketing strategy and execution for our brand, product offerings, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for shaping and executing a unified marketing vision, driving brand positioning, and overseeing key marketing functions including Brand, Content, PR, Regional Marketing, Marketing Automation, and Creative.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership position that requires both a visionary mindset and operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on driving measurable outcomes. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to accelerate marketing performance and deliver tangible results.

This position requires cross-functional collaboration with key areas of the business, including but not limited to Customer Enablement, Sales, and Product, to align on objectives and drive scalable growth. You will be driven by performance metrics, efficiency, and ROI to shape and execute a marketing strategy that moves the needle.

Duties And Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define, refine, and communicate the global brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and markets.

Champion the brand across internal and external stakeholders, building awareness and fostering strong customer loyalty.

Lead brand evolution to ensure our identity aligns with the future direction of both the organisation and the automotive industry.

Budget Management: Plan, allocate and oversee the marketing budget to ensure alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.

Ensure the marketing budget supports optimal resource allocation across all areas from brand awareness, demand generation, to digital marketing, content and events.

Continuously track performance metrics to assess the impact of marketing spend, reallocating budgets to high-performing channels and eliminating inefficiencies.

Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to ensure marketing investments support broader business objectives and revenue targets.

Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and oversee a global content strategy that drives lead generation, customer engagement, and thought leadership across all platforms (website, PR, events, social media, email, etc.).

Create compelling, data-driven content that resonates with our diverse customer base, from end consumers to industry professionals.

Manage content production, including working with agencies and in-house teams to produce high-quality creative assets (product collateral, blog content, Press Releases and coverages, videos, white papers, case studies, etc.).

Regional Marketing: Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for key regions, working closely with regional teams to adapt global campaigns to local markets.

Ensure alignment between global marketing initiatives and regional objectives, taking into account cultural nuances, customer preferences, and market dynamics.

Monitor regional performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximise impact.

Marketing Automation & Data-Driven Insights: Oversee the development and implementation of marketing automation processes to drive efficient and scalable lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.

Leverage a variety of platforms including Project Management tools (e.g. Wrike, Jira) and ERPs (such as Salesforce and its integrations e.g. email marketing tools – Pardot). This toolkit will allow the team to optimise campaigns, track performance, and refine strategies.

Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities, generating actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Creative Leadership: Lead the creative vision for all marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring they align with the company’s brand and values.

Manage a cross-functional team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals, while collaborating with external agencies when necessary.

Ensure that creative output is innovative, high-quality, and consistently delivers on business goals.

Leadership & Team Management: Develop and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Set clear KPIs for the marketing team and ensure the execution of global initiatives within timelines and budgets.

Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for team members, empowering them to succeed in their roles.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the CRO and other Seniors within the Strategy Division to define and align marketing goals with the company’s broader business objectives.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Enablement teams to ensure a unified approach to go-to-market strategies.

Report regularly on marketing performance, strategic initiatives, and ROI to executive leadership.

Skills And Experience

Proven Experience: Experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally in the automotive, technology, or B2B sectors.
