We are looking for a Head of Marketing Experimentation to own and operate our advanced and proprietary experimentation engines, roadmaps, and methodologies for advertising and content. This role will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and will be the SME for marketing experimentation across our company. You will work with a talented team of executives and experts, including those who have run advanced experimentation at Amazon, Microsoft, and startups. This team and leader are responsible for some of the most critical learnings at Spreetail and take pride in being the first to solve many practical causal challenges at scale. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $140,000/year to $160,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
