Who We Are

Imprint is reimagining co-branded credit cards & financial products to be smarter, more rewarding, and truly brand-first. We partner with companies like H-E-B, Turkish Airlines, Brooks Brothers, and Eddie Bauer to launch modern credit programs that deepen loyalty, unlock savings, and drive growth. Our platform combines advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and seamless UX to help brands offer powerful financial products—without becoming a bank.

Co-branded cards account for over $300 billion in U.S. annual spend—but most are still powered by legacy banks. Imprint is the modern alternative: flexible, tech-forward, and built for today’s consumer. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, and Khosla Ventures, we’re building a world-class team to redefine how people pay—and how brands grow. If you want to work fast, solve hard problems, and make a real impact, we’d love to meet you.

Head of Growth Product

Position Overview

At Imprint, we’re transforming everyday payments into moments of connection, loyalty, and empowerment. As the Head of Growth Product, you’ll define how we turn a great card experience into an everyday habit—through activation, lifecycle, incentives, and the infrastructure that powers scalable growth.

You’ll be responsible for the full customer growth journey: from first impressions to habitual usage. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who moves fast, thrives in cross-functional complexity, and knows how to blend experimentation, systems thinking, and customer insight into tangible business results.

You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and our Brand Partners to build a category-defining growth engine that drives lasting impact—for customers and for Imprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for Growth: activation, lifecycle, incentives, and growth infrastructure.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a small team of high-performing PMs as the Growth function scales.
  • Own the roadmap across onboarding, user education, feature discovery, re-engagement, and behavioral nudges that turn usage into habit.
  • Partner with Data and Marketing to design and scale growth loops—including referrals, triggered comms, targeted offers, and rewards systems.
  • Champion experimentation: set up frameworks to learn fast, iterate often, and uncover what drives user behavior at scale.
  • Build the internal tools and systems (eventing, segmentation, lifecycle logic, etc.) that unlock efficient and personalized growth.
  • Shape the future of our product ecosystem as part of the senior product leadership team, influencing company-level goals and investments.

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant experience leading consumer growth product teams, ideally in fintech, marketplaces, or consumer apps with embedded financial components.
  • A strong track record of driving measurable impact across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Deep expertise in experimentation, behavioral design, and growth mechanics—paired with a builder’s instinct.
  • Comfort diving into data, collaborating with analysts, and using metrics to tell compelling stories and guide decisions.
  • Experience building internal systems, services, or infrastructure that enable scalable and personalized user experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills—you influence across product, engineering, marketing, and exec leadership.

A player-coach mentality: you’re excited to roll up your sleeves, while also setting vision and mentoring others.

  • Leading configured work computers of your choice
  • Flexible paid time off

  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for all new parents
