This leader will orchestrate high-impact marketing initiatives that create measurable connections between
brand investments and revenue outcomes, driving portfolio growth and market leadership for Zoom.
About The Team
We are a high-impact, cross-functional team focused on building programs that connect brand engagement
to business growth. We unify partnerships, Tier 1 events, social media, and advertising into one cohesive
strategy—designed to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline across the Zoom portfolio. Our work spans the
full funnel, and we stay relentlessly focused on outcomes and business impact.
Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategy that elevates Zoom's market position
Create cohesive narrative frameworks that align brand initiatives with business objectives
Drive portfolio awareness and adoption across Zoom's expanding product ecosystem
Integrated Marketing Programs
Lead flagship sponsorship programs (including MLB partnership) to maximize ROI
Direct premier events like Zoomtopia, optimizing for engagement and pipeline impact
Orchestrate paid and organic social media strategies
Design and implement integrated advertising campaigns across channels
Revenue Connection & Growth
Build sophisticated attribution models linking brand initiatives to revenue outcomes
Accelerate product-led growth through strategic brand activation
Drive pipeline velocity through integrated marketing motions

Minimum
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
$184,300.00
Maximum
$403,200.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
