Title: Growth Marketing

Location: Remote (LATAM only)

Type: Full-time Contractor

Bullpen Talent is hiring a Growth Marketing Hacker, sharp, scrappy, and ambitious growth generalist to launch and run our first true growth engine. We're not looking for a bloated team or expensive campaigns — we need a Swiss Army knife who thrives on speed, creativity, and results.

Your Mission

Drive growth through clever, low-cost tactics — from cold email and social posts to landing pages and mini-events. You'll test, learn, and double down on what works across every part of the funnel.

What You'll Do

  • Write & post content on Twitter & LinkedIn (3–5x/week)
  • Launch cold outreach campaigns (Smartlead, Clay)
  • Build simple landing pages (Framer, Carrd, etc.)
  • Draft blogs & SEO content with AI assist
  • Experiment with referrals, influencer loops, mini-events
  • Track results & iterate quickly

Tools & Skills We Love

  • 1–3 years in marketing (agency/startup/freelance)
  • Excellent English writing & editing
  • Canva, WordPress, ChatGPT, Clay, Smartlead (or eagerness to learn)
  • Understanding of how audience + channel + message = results
