About the role:

We’re on the lookout for a Graphic & Motion Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to shape the future of marketing and design. Here, you'll not only design but also influence ideas that resonate with some of the biggest brands out there.

What You’ll Do

Sales Enablement Design – Design impactful decks, proposals, and case studies that help IndieFolio capture new business and grow relationships. Your designs will power our pitch materials and build the foundation for success.

Pitch Support – Collaborate with our internal teams and creative studios to create innovative, high-impact pitches for leading brands. This is the fun part – you’ll work on exciting creative and marketing problem statements, collaborate with studio founders and our skilled internal team, and brainstorm ideas that will set the bar high. Your designs will be part of key conversations with major brands and play a critical role in winning new business.

Social Media & Branding – Work on dynamic and engaging content for our social channels. Design attention-grabbing reel covers, banners, carousels, and more that elevate our online presence and capture the imagination of our audience.

Collaborate in a Cloud-based Environment – We believe in leveraging AI and cloud-based tools to enhance creativity. You’ll be using tools like Gamma, Canva, Adobe Express, and others to collaborate seamlessly with our team and community. Together, we’ll create designs that not only meet but exceed client expectations.

Special Projects – From working on creative IPs for the community to collaborating with our network of creative talent, you'll be involved in special projects that bring innovation and excitement to the table. Whether it’s crafting new visual concepts or brainstorming fresh ideas, you’ll always be at the forefront of creative collaboration.

Key Account Relationships – From time to time, you’ll support some of our large clients with creative direction, QA/QC, and ad-hoc creative needs. This will involve managing high-stakes projects and ensuring every visual is spot-on and perfectly aligned with client goals.

What We’re Looking For

Creative expertise – Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen sense of design, with the ability to deliver high-quality work quickly.

Proficiency in design tools – Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and experience using cloud-based tools like Gamma, Canva, Adobe Express to collaborate and produce.

Experience with motion graphics – A bonus if you’re skilled in motion design, but not a deal-breaker.

A team player with a growth mindset – You’ll work with creatives, strategists, and clients. Flexibility and adaptability are key.

An interest in the business side of design – Understanding branding, marketing, and creative problem-solving will make you a great fit.
