Our Graphic Designer will have the choice to work remote, hybrid, or in the office.

Part of our hiring process is the submission and review of a portfolio demonstrating your graphic design experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand, embrace, interpret, and apply Wipfli brand across all creative applications and media
  • Demonstrate expertise in design principles including typography, composition, photography, hierarchy, iconography, imagery, UX/UI, movement, and color theory while adhering to the firm’s brand
  • Work from creative briefs as well as partner with strategy leads and cross-functional teams to develop pitch decks and visually appealing sales materials and communications tools
  • Create and conceptualize a variety of project deliverables across digital and print including but not limited to marketing collateral, website platforms, social media, PowerPoint presentations, aesthetic data visualizations, and video
  • Provide accurate estimates on work and manage time to deliver projects on time and up to specifications
  • Follow creative direction and ensure adherence to templates where necessary
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across the team on status of projects; address issues when they arise
  • Gain and maintain fluency with continual learning in applicable marketing technology, tools and trends; share learnings with the broader marketing team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience; marketing agency experience is a plus
  • B2B graphic design experience is preferred
  • Experience creating graphics for digital and print assets including marketing collateral, website platforms, social media, data visualizations, and animation, and experience video editing
  • Experience in UI layout in digital platforms (such as email and landing pages), strong understanding of UX/UI design and digital-first mentality
  • Comfortable using various digital communication tools (task management systems, cloud storage, chat, etc.) to collaborate with other designers and teams within and outside of the marketing department
  • Expert ability to apply designs to Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates and documents
  • Expert level experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Preferred experience: UX/UI tools such as Figma, XD, or Ceros; tag-based digital asset management tools such as Aprimo

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $60,000 to $81,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
